The Los Gatos – Monte Sereno Police Pipes and Drums is sponsored by the Los Gatos – Monte Sereno Police Department.  The band is comprised of civilians, police, and military personnel, who volunteer their time to perform in community parades, civic events, and funerals for police, firefighters, and military personnel.  Membership is open to all and requires passing a police department background check.

Membership is open to all that wish to participate. There are no dues or fees to join, just your enthusiasm and interest in becoming a member of our incredibly fun musical organization. No prior experience is required!

The band rehearses every Thursday* evening from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Los Gatos Presbyterian Church in Los Gatos (click here for map).

Bagpipe instruction is under direction of Pipe Major Jay Tuttle.  Drum Sergeant Jeff Gordon provides drumming instruction.
